Archil Mamatelashvili​

CEO

Archil has 20+ years of international experience in the fields of energy and finance. Among several high responsibility positions, he held the position of the Deputy Minister of Energy of Georgia, Board Member of the National Bank of Georgia, Vice President (Chief Risk Officer) of the largest commercial bank in South Caucasus – JSC TBC Bank and CEO of Energo-Pro Turkey. He was the management team member and participated in the IPO of TC Bank plc on the London Stock Exchange. He established and managed the first energy-focused listed private investment fund in the region – JSC Caucasus Energy  & Infrastructure.

He holds a degree in Economics and has an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, USA. He is the founder and managing partner of renewable energy research and consultancy company Hydrocorp  LLC (www.hydrocorp.ge). Archil managed and participated in  the development, designing and construction of 17 renewable energy projects (hydro, solar and wind power plants) of 210 MW capacity. He Is the author of several scientific works and researches in the sector of energy.

Irakli Bezhuashvili

Project Development Manager

Iakli Bezhuashvili has 15 years of working experience in the energy sector including management of 7 power stations with aggregate capacity of 120 MW. He was the financial director of the first private investment fund (JSC Caucasus Energy & Infrastructure) in the Region with the energy projects focus. Besides, he has great experience in conducting technical and economic assessments, construction monitoring, design and technical research of several douzaine hydropower projects. He has also served as the Consultant of the global auditing Company PwC and CFO of the National Telecom  Company. 

Dionisio de Francisco López

Project Development & Construction Consultant

Dionisio is assisting Soleolica Electric in the assessment and implementation of solar photovoltaic projects. He has more than 30 years of experience in the Spanish electricity sector. After graduating University of Tarragona, Dionisio worked, for 13 years, in Gestion EIT in the field of integrating renewable energy projects in low as well as high-voltage grids. He worked for 6 years in Istall 2006 to develop and manage the operations of hydro, cogeneration and photovoltaic projects. During the last 14 years, Dionisio has been working as the founder and manager of IMTEC, which finds, develops and constructs solar photovoltaic projects in Spain.
